Since 2020, Parsley+Fig has done more than challenge the food industry standards. Parsley+Fig was born from the belief that we need to go back to the basics and return to the farm. Food doesn’t need to be complicated–it should be simple and flavorful, without the junk. Guided by a seasonal palate and inspired by Europe, we fuse fresh quality ingredients from around Monterey County and California to create the purest and most flavorful vinaigrettes.

Parsley+Fig makes everything in small batches from our home base in Monterey, CA. To achieve optimal flavor, our products are made with simple and fresh local ingredients mainly sourced within a 170 mile radius from us–after all Monterey County is abundant with the highest quality produce.

We believe Parsley+Fig is a perfect complement to any meal whether that be on top of salads, drizzled over veggies, a marinade for meats, or a sauce for fish–a dressing and a sauce.

We want to give our customers healthy and delicious dressings with the highest-quality olive oil and no refined sugars, additives, or artificial preservatives. Most of all, we want people to trust that their food is nourishing for their bodies without compromising on flavor.
