Olive Oil.

Big Paw Olive Oil Co.

“As with fine wines, Big Paw differentiates the particular characteristics of a flavoring not just by the olive or herb alone, but where it has grown.” The Big Paw’s groves are in Hollister, California, which is close to our hometown. They produce fresh California-grown extra virgin olive oil that is certified to be 100% authentic, the most important certification an olive oil can have by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC).

Christopher Ranch

A family-owned ranch based in Gilroy, CA. Christopher Ranch grows heirloom garlic across California.

Champagne Vinegar.

Sparrow Lane

Born in the heart of Napa Valley, CA, Sparrow Lane has been producing vinegars since 1996 and Parsley+Fig uses their Champagne Vinegar in the Salud.

Honey.

Amen Bees

Amen Bee is located in San Martin, CA, and sources all of their honey from all over the state of California. They produce Grade B honey, which is unheated and unfiltered, and it is raw. Parsley+Fig uses Amen Bees’ Sage Honey in their dressings. Amen Bees is ran by Lynne Bottazzo, the owner, has worked with bees to harvest honey for 38 years.

Herbs.

Russo’s Produce/Borba Farms/Pinaccles Farm

Parsley+Fig uses basil, parsley, and shallots in their dressings from all three organic farms. All farms are locally located and grow a wide variety of organic vegetables and fruit.
